Ross Nicholls is widely regarded as one of the top British and European competitors of his generation. Nicholls made himself noticed with eye-pleasing performances in big international events such as the Polaris Jiu Jitsu Invitational and the ADCC European Trials and is well-known for his matches with the likes of Oliver Taza, Nathan Orchard, Vagner Rocha, Lachlan Giles and Giani Grippo just to name a few!
With Ross competing at his first ADCC later this month, we caught up with him and filmed him sparring with one of the UKs most promising black belts, Bryn Jenkins, at a seminar in Newport, South Wales.
Bryn also holds many national titles and has fought on Polaris, winning athlete of the night in his win. Awesome rounds between 2 of the UKs best.
